1. Who is responsible for your data

Last updated: 9 November 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit this website or contact us through it.

2. What data we process

This website has no contact forms, user accounts or online booking, and no health data is collected through the website itself. We process the following data:

  • Data you choose to send us by WhatsApp, phone or email, such as your name, phone number, the content of your message and any health information you decide to share.
  • Pseudonymous usage data from Google Analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location (see section 4 for when analytics cookies are used).
  • Your country, determined from your IP address, used only to decide whether to show the cookie banner.
  • Technical server logs created by our hosting provider, such as your IP address and browser information.
  • Your language preference and your cookie consent choice.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use the data you send us only to answer your enquiry and to arrange appointments. This is based on taking steps at your request prior to a contract and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Analytics data is used to understand how the website is used and to improve it. For visitors from Türkiye, the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are based on your consent, given through the cookie banner. For visitors from other countries, analytics is based on our legitimate interest in website statistics, and you have the right to object at any time.

Server logs are processed to keep the website secure and to deliver it reliably, based on legitimate interest.

We process personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 for visitors from Türkiye, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the European Union.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a functional cookie called "lang", stored for 1 year, to remember your language choice. Our hosting provider determines your country from your IP address, and we store it in a functional cookie called "cc" only to decide whether to show the cookie banner. Your cookie consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager load on every page, using Google Consent Mode (advanced implementation). When analytics cookies are allowed, Google sets cookies such as _ga to collect pseudonymous usage data.

Visitors from Türkiye, the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner. Until you accept, or if you reject, no analytics cookies are stored on your device. Google may still receive cookieless, anonymous measurement signals, which are used only for aggregated or modelled statistics.

For visitors from other countries, including Azerbaijan, analytics cookies are enabled by default and no banner is shown. You can change this at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, by deleting or blocking cookies in your browser, or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

5. Third-party services and international transfers

Some services we use are provided by third parties that may process data on their own terms:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google): Google may process data outside Azerbaijan, for example in the USA.
  • Google Maps on the contact page and an Instagram profile embed on the home page: when this content loads, these providers may set their own cookies and collect data.
  • WhatsApp, operated by Meta under its own privacy policy, if you choose to contact us that way.
  • Vercel Inc. (USA), our hosting provider, which processes technical server logs for security and delivery and determines your country from your IP address.

6. How long we keep data

Communication data is kept only for as long as it is needed to answer your enquiry and arrange your appointment, and for as long as legal obligations require. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics.

Medical records created at the clinic are handled under the hospital's own procedures and are not part of this website.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • object to processing;
  • restrict processing;
  • withdraw your consent or object to analytics at any time, for example via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer or by deleting cookies in your browser;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
